Janet Matthews

Janet Matthews paints in all mediums using soft pastels, oil pastels, oils, watercolours and acrylic. The choice depends on how she feels about her subject matter. Her subject matter also varies, from still lifes and landscapes (real or imaginary) to animal portraits, semi-abstract or completely abstract works. Janet’s paintings are often distinguished because of her love of cheerful bright colours. She is the recipient of many awards throughout her career.
